❋ All stamps are shipped with tips to stamp and care instructions in English or Spanish, so you can enjoy your stamps to the fullest!
❋ ♻️ Packaging 100% plastic free and 100% recyclable.
Packaging is made always using materials such as paper, cardboard, washi tape (riz paper) and natural fabrics. For the shipments, we apply "Recycling, Reusing and Reducing", using cardboards, boxes and protections taken from other shipments that we receive.
❋ Stamps may contain small parts and are not recommended for children use without supervision
❋ Our stamps can be used for your personal projects but not for commercial purposes, except custom business logos or eco packaging stamps
Shipping Methods
❋ Ordinary Letter (Standard Shipping): No tracking.
❋ Certified Letter: With tracking number. Delivered under signature on the recipient's address.
❋ DHL Express (only for USA): With tracking number and expected delivery date. Please, provide your MOBILE PHONE NUMBER as a note when placing your order, so that DHL contacts you for the delivery of the package. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by not having provided your mobile phone number. P.O. Boxes addresses has not this service.
❋ DHL Express (other countries): If you want an express delivery with DHL (and you are not from USA), you can buy Express Shipping listing that is in the shop header
Important notice about Ordinary Letters (Standard Shipping)
If you choose an ordinary letter (without tracking number), it’s not possible to track the parcel and we cannot make a claim for any loss or delay. We are not responsible for lost packages sent via ordinary letters. I keep all the receipts of the shipments, and I can prove that I have sent them. If you want more security for your shipment, please choose a Certified Letter or DHL Express shipping in the moment of your purchase.
Delivery times
❋ Certified Letters:
SPAIN: 2-6 working days/ EUROPE: 10-20 w.days/ OTHER COUNTRIES: 15-35 w.days. On specific destinations and on special dates such as Christmas, delivery time may be longer than 20 w.days
❋ DHL Express: USA-CANADA 2-4 working days/ EUROPEAN UNION 1-2 w.days/OTHER PLACES 3-5 w.days
Delivery times are an estimation provided for postal services. May vary slightly due to holidays, international postal issues, customs, bad weather, etc. Please be patient and your items will arrive. Thanks for understanding!
We cannot know the exact delivery date of your order; this depends only on postal services. Only with DHL Express it is possible to know the estimated date of delivery once the shipment has been made.
Tracking of my shipment
❋ Ordinary Letters (Standard Shipping): No tracking number
❋ Certified Letters: Tracking can be done in your profile: Your> Purchases and Reviews and also on: http://www.correos.es/ss/Satellite/site/pagina-localizador_envios/info
Sometimes, when shipment arrives in destination country, tracking of certified letters may take a while to update. Don't worry, your shipment is registered at all times and it is not possible for it to be lost.

Delivery & Pick up / Damaged items
❋If you are away from home, postal services will leave a notice to go to pick it up. If for some reason you don't collect your parcel, postal services returned back your shipping and you have to pay again reshipping. No refunds available in any case, pick up shipping is your responsibility. We will not make any reshipping if are passed more than 3 months of the purchase or/and you have not responded to our messages.
❋ If your item arrives damaged, we will ship the item again (only if it arrives damaged or broken, not after normal use). You have a max. of 7 days from receipt of order to send pics of damaged package (unopened & opened) and broken product. However, all items are well protected.

Custom text stamps and premade logo stamps
- Will be sent a design proof and it will be possible to make 1 free change, not a complete change. If you want more changes in the design, they will have an additional cost.
- Order cancellations are not allowed when they are already in production.
- If you want to cancel the order once you have received the design proof, only will be refunded the 50% of the amount paid for the stamp + 100% shipping costs.
